Heather, thank you for leading this (leader assimiliation and team-building) exercise. It was truly impactful, and as my team mentioned, this is the first time they've felt recognized and united as a cohesive team.

This marks a strong beginning in shaping a tangible Finance organization - one with clear vision, direction, expectations and objectives. Most importantly, it has sparked meaningful conversations.

I found Heather to be a brilliant, compassionate, and caring colleague. She is highly inquisitive and analytical cutting to the core of complex issues quickly.
